The Whole Body Spring Cleaning program is available for one more week before it goes away for the year. It is designed to give your body a rest from everyday life where it is bombarded with heavy foods, preservatives and artificial ingredients. In giving your body a rest, it is able to essentially "clean house". Your cells are able to take out the old and repair themselves for optimal function. This is an ancient practice embraced by many cultures on every continent. It is a practice that is needed more today than any other time in history because of the modern world and all it brings. However, it is commonly misunderstood and often thought to be a crash diet or simply going without food. A cleanse program is neither of those things. In my Whole Body Spring Cleaning program you will be eating substantial healing food and should not feel like you are starving.
We also examine the power of the mindset in the two week program. The mind is a powerful tool that can keep you stuck or move you forward in life. Philippians 4:8 tells us, "whatever is true, what ever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is admirable- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy- think about such things." How often do we go through a day without letting the negative perspectives of this world weigh us down? I don't know about you, but to me I find it hard to follow the advice of Philippians 4:8 without the power of the Holy Spirit guiding me. In the cleansing program we work daily in praising and thanking God for his goodness and meditating on truths in the Bible. I find that starting my day like this sets me on a powerfully positive path for the rest of the day where I can rise above the negativity. Any healthy individual with normal system functions should be able to complete my Whole Body Spring Cleaning program without trouble. There are two groups of people, however, I would advise against participating in a cleansing program. First, pregnant women should not do a cleanse while they are carrying their child. The toxins will ultimately end up in the blood stream before they are processed by the liver and kidneys and will pass through the placenta. An unborn child is much more sensitive to toxins than a full grown person. Women who are thinking of getting pregnant, though, should seriously consider a cleanse diet before conceiving because it will remove toxins that would otherwise be passed on to baby. Secondly, people with reduced liver or kidney function should not participate in a cleanse diet until they have fully functioning organs. They should look at supporting their liver and kidney with supplements that will help restore them to regular function before committing to a cleanse program. For everyone else, enroll today in the Whole Body Spring Cleaning program and reset your health by removing toxins and healing your mind, body and soul so you can get back to being your best self! Enrollment is open for one more week and closes at the end of the day, April 15th.
